Bakers’ Fair & Foodmart, Inc. began in 1965 as a small bakery in downtown Manila. Our first products, Pan de Sal, Pullman bread, and our famous Dice Hopia were instant favorites among customers. The one outlet at the corner of Avenida and Recto soon grew into a chain of outlets which currently expands to downtown Binondo along Ongpin Street and Divisoria Mall, to Vmall in Greenhills, Farmers Market in Cubao; with 29 outlets in all to visit.
To keep up with the ever-improving business demands, we moved our bakery to a bigger location in Sta. Cruz Manila in 1982. Staffed with well trained workers, and lined with the most modern bakery machineries from all over the world, our new factory is dedicated to the production of world-class bakery products. From our favorite snack cakes like mamon roll and pianono, to our famous Dice hopia and Hopia monggo grilled hot in our stores, our shops are stacked with a fresh and hearty assortment of baked goods.
